Urgent medical concerns should be handled by your primary care provider or go to your nearest urgent care/ER.
We have a less than 2 business day cancelation/reschedule fee policy for
our patients. Please be aware that Cynthia Culp NP does not overbook or
double book her appointments and her time is reserved exclusively for
you. In order to accommodate those on the waiting list, we appreciate
ample notification when rescheduling and for cancellations. Return patients are charged a fee of $100.00 for either
less than a 24 hour business day cancellation/reschedule or for not appearing for their
appointment. We hold the
first initial appointment with a $150 deposit by credit card. This deposit is
non refundable in the event you cancel or reschedule less than 2
business days before your scheduled appointment or do not appear for
your appoinment.
